Contains miscellaneous papers relating to the joint botanical and conchological expedition of the Academy, to Mexico in 1934. Cyril H. Harvey accompanied the group as amateur photographer. Included are memoranda, certificates, accounts, application for grant, agreements and correspondence.

Scope and Contents Between 1934 and 1935, Academy members Henry A. Pilsbry, Curator of Mollusks (1862-1957) and Francis W. Pennell, Curator of Botany (1886-1952) led an expedition to Chihuahua and Durango, Mexico. Slide 178 contains a Map of Mexico with the route taken by Pilsbry and Pennell during the summers of 1934 and 1935.
